The site and the simulation are run by KemsiLab. For every question — about the service, payment, refunds and personal data — write to us at one address.
Service provider
The game menu’s Report a problem option lets you send a description and an optional photo. Guests can use it too. Account deletion does not automatically erase reports; send a separate erasure request by email.
What to contact us about
- The service does not work or has a fault. Tell us what happened, in which city and when — as precisely as you can. Attach a screenshot if you can.
- Payment and refunds. The terms and time limits are described on the page Payment and refunds.
- Personal data. Access, correction, deletion and your other rights — Privacy Policy. We answer a request within the period set by law, no later than 10 working days.
- Delete account. You delete your account yourself from “My page”, section “Account”. If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, write to us.
What you should know
This is an independent, private project. It has no connection with the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is not its official product and has no influence on exam results. The simulation is for practice — the exam is run by the Agency, under its own rules.
