A simulation of the second stage of the practical driving test
Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the service provider. By using the site or creating an account you confirm that you have read them and agree. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who the service provider is
In this text “we” means the service provider, “you” the user, and “the simulation” or “the site” passdrive.ge and the service offered on it.
2. What this service is — and what it is not
- The site is a learning simulation: a practice environment for the second stage of the practical driving test, that is, driving in the city, built on real streets, signs and routes.
- This is an independent, private project. It has no connection with the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is not its official product and is not certified by it.
- A route driven, a score or a result in the simulation has no legal force and has no influence on the exam result. The exam is run by the Agency, under the legislation in force.
- The routes are taken from public information published on the official website of the MIA Service Agency. Streets, signs and road markings are compiled from OpenStreetMap, public maps and street photographs, with 2025 data. Something in a city may have changed since, so the simulation may not match the actual route or the current state of a street in every detail.
- If you notice an inaccuracy anywhere, write to us at contact@kemsilab.comand we will correct it.
- Using the simulation does not count as compulsory practical training and does not replace a driving school or practice with an instructor.
3. Technical requirements
The simulation runs in a browser and requires:
- a computer (desktop or laptop, with a keyboard), a phone or a tablet;
- the latest version of a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) WebGL 2support;
- Stable internet: initially loading or updating a city may require tens of megabytes. Browser caching reduces repeat downloads.
On a phone or tablet the game is played in landscape, with on-screen controls and the car seen from outside. How smoothly the simulation runs depends on how powerful your device is; the program adjusts quality automatically, but on a weak device there may be fewer frames. Before you buy, we advise checking on the free part how it runs on your device.
4. Account
- You can create an account with a name, email and password, or with Google. Give correct details — they are used to contact you and to recover the account.
- An account is personal. Do not share your password with anyone; you are responsible for every action carried out from your account. If you suspect someone else has access to it, change the password at once and write to us.
- One person — one account. Selling or transferring an account is not allowed.
- You can delete your account yourself, from the “Account” section of “My page”. What is deleted and what remains — see the Privacy Policy.
5. The free part and paid access
- The first route in Poti is free for everyone, without an account. Guests do not have progress saved to an account.
- Paid access is for one city and is valid for 14 calendar days from payment. It is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Prices are in lari, are final and are published on the page Prices. Payment, delivery and refund rules — Payment and refunds, which is an integral part of these terms.
- An administrator can gift access to one, several or all cities for 14 days. Active access is extended by 14 days; expired access starts on the gift date. Purchase records and amounts are preserved. A gift is not a payment and creates no refundable amount.
- Routes added or corrected during the period are part of the same access. Correcting or replacing routes is an ordinary part of the service.
After confirmation, Quick Start skips two theoretical questions and the car startup steps, adding 2 minor faults. Cancelling does not perform this action.
6. What is not allowed
- Copying, downloading or distributing the site, its code, models, sounds or data without our written permission;
- Automated collection (scraping), mass requests, creating artificial load, bypassing security or attempting to;
- Gaining access to the paid part without paying, using someone else's account, sharing an account;
- Decompiling the code or creating works derived from it, except where the law expressly allows it;
- Any action that hinders another user or harms the service.
In case of a violation we may restrict or suspend the account. For a serious violation the amount paid is not refunded.
7. Intellectual property
- The site, software code, design, texts, 3D models, sounds and other content belong to the service provider or are used on a lawful basis. Part of it was created with artificial intelligence tools.
- The geographic base of the cities is built on OpenStreetMapdata — © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence.
- Third parties' trademarks, wherever they appear, are the property of their owners and do not mean any connection with them or endorsement by them.
8. Advertising
Advertising may be placed in the simulation, on the city's billboards. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the advertising. We are not responsible for a third party's offer, and such advertising does not mean we endorse it.
9. Changes to the service and availability
- The simulation is constantly developing: cities, routes and features are added, corrected and changed.
- Technical maintenance or a temporary interruption is possible. We try to keep it short, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- If the service or a city is discontinued during your paid period, the amount proportional to the unused days is refunded.
10. Liability
- The service is provided “as is”, for learning purposes. We do not guarantee that the simulation matches the actual exam or the current state of a street in every detail. Such a difference in streets, signs or routes is not considered a fault (see clause 2).
- We are not responsible for the result of the exam, nor for the consequences of using on a real road a habit acquired in the simulation. On a real road the traffic rules and your own responsibility apply.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for this service in the last 12 months.
- This clause does not limit liability for intentional acts, gross negligence, harm to life or health, or cases where the law forbids limiting liability. A consumer's statutory rights remain unchanged.
11. Personal data
What data we collect, why, who it is passed to and what rights you have — Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the terms
The terms may change — for example because of a new feature or a change in the law. The new version is published on this page with the date of the update. We will notify you of a material change on the site or by email. If you continue to use the service after the change, that means you agree. Access already paid for is governed by the terms in force at the moment of purchase.
13. Governing law and disputes
The legislation of Georgia applies. We first settle a dispute by negotiation: write to us at contact@kemsilab.comand you will receive an answer no later than 10 working days. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may apply to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency or to a court of Georgia.
