A simulation of the second stage of the practical driving test
Payment, delivery and refunds
Last updated: 21 September 2026
This page says what you buy, how you pay, when access is switched on and in which cases the amount is refunded. This page is part of the Terms of Service .
1. What you buy
- Access to one city: all of that city's exam routes in exam and practice mode, together with free driving in the city.
- Access period — 14 calendar days from the moment of payment.
- It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no further charge. After the period the city is locked again until you buy it anew.
- Trying it without registration, and those cities that do not have exam routes yet, are free — see the Prices.
2. Price
- Prices are in lari and final: no fee is added. The service provider is not a VAT payer.
- The price of every city is published on the page Prices and is also shown on the purchase button, before payment.
- The period of a discount is stated. You pay the price that was shown at the moment of purchase.
3. Payment method
- Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) — on the Bank of Georgia's secure payment page.
- Your card details never reach us and are not stored with us: you enter the card number on the bank's page. We learn only whether the payment went through or not.
- The payment is confirmed by the bank (including with 3-D Secure, if your bank requires it).
- Before buying you tick that access is switched on at once — see clause 5.
4. Delivery
The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. As soon as the payment succeeds the city opens in your account and you can enter at once. How many days are left is shown on the city's card.
If the amount was charged and access was not switched on, write to us — we will switch it on or refund the amount.
5. The right to withdraw from the contract, and its exception
„Under the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason (Article 13).
Under sub-paragraph “m” of paragraph 14 of Article 2 of the same law, this right does not apply to digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, if performance began with the consumer's prior consent and the consumer knew that they thereby lose this right.
So before buying you tick: „I agree that access is switched on immediately, and I know that I thereby lose the 14-day right to withdraw from the contract“. After ticking this and paying, the amount is not refunded because of a change of mind. In case of a fault it is refunded — see the next clause.
6. When we refund the amount
- A fault on our side. the service does not work, or works in such a way that it cannot be used, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- A double charge or one purchase paid for twice.
- The amount was charged, access was not switched on and it could not be switched on.
- The city or the service was discontinued during your paid period — the amount proportional to the unused days is refunded.
This does not limit the rights given by law: if the service does not conform to the terms of the contract, the statutory guarantee applies anyway.
7. When there is no refund
- You changed your mind, but the service worked;
- The period ran out without your using it;
- Your device or browser does not meet the Terms' published technical requirements, or the internet was not working;
- The account was restricted for a violation of the terms.
8. How to ask for one
- Write to us at contact@kemsilab.comand state: the account's email, the city, the date of purchase and what happened.
- When: During the access period or within 14 days of its end.
- Reply: No later than 10 working days.
- Refund: To the same card you paid with. The bank may need several working days to credit it — this depends on the bank that issued the card.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may apply to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency or to a court. This is your legal right and correspondence with us does not replace it.
